Membership categories
A
any State listed in Annex I of the Kyoto Protocol, its departments, organizations and agencies, financial public institutions, excluding sub-State organizations, which is a member of the Association.
B
any State other than those listed in Annex I of the Kyoto Protocol, its departments, organizations and agencies, financial public institutions, excluding sub-State organizations, which is a member of the Association.
C
any private company or organization :
– which habitually supply sustainable infrastructure goods and services, (…)

as well as those which habitually supply goods and services of any kind in connection with the development, construction and operation of such sustainable infrastructure projects, as well as any professional and trade union organizations representing them ;
and/or
– those who regularly provide financial or investment services of any kind in connection with any sustainable infrastructure project, as well as any professional organizations and trade unions representing them which are members of the association.
D
any individual or legal entity other than those belonging to members A, B and C, with an interest in the development of sustainable infrastructure services, (…)

including multilateral institutions, national development banks, sub-state public authorities, non-governmental organizations, users or consumers of sustainable infrastructure services, national or international, public and private, public and private educational and research institutions, trade unions and individuals who are members of the association.
